Shipping & Returns
Delivery POLICY:
Ireland & NI – €6 standard shipping (free shipping on orders of €149 and over).
Next day delivery €7.50 must order before Midday Monday – Thursday. We only ship orders Monday – Friday so if you order at the weekend / bank holiday it wont be shipped until the next working day. We don’t currently offer weekend delivery.
We are not currently delivery to the UK due to Brexit.
Delivery is with UPS. Delivery time frame 3-5 days. You will receive a text message or email from UPS on the day of your delivery with an estimated time of delivery of your order. Tracking your UPS package will show you the most up-to-date information on your delivery’s whereabouts.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 72 hours during the working week (Monday – Friday 9 to 5). If your order is received after this time or over the weekend or bank holiday then it will be dispatched the next business day.
Please ensure you provide us with your eircode to facilitate delivery within Ireland.
RETURN POLICY:
Doctor 1.618 really hopes that you will love your purchases as much as we do. However according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased online so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made. Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to hello@doctor1618.ie. Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. We suggest you send them a registered post to ensure they arrive safely. Returned items should be shipped to: Doctor 1.618, 10 Anne St South, Dublin 2, D01 RX28, Ireland. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only to the monetary value of the goods returned to us, not including shipping.
